Label Zuka is an ethical fashion boutique in Goa. We are now online to showcase our meticulously created styles. Our commitment extends beyond aesthetics. We weave a tapestry of transformation by meticulously sourcing the finest natural fabrics from leftover export houses. This conscious choice not only grants new life to exquisite materials but also champions a more sustainable future for fashion.
Where is your physical store in Goa where I can shop in person?
Our store is located near the beautiful lanes of Fontainas with lots of exclusive restaurants like Down the Road, Tataki and Miguel’s to name a few. You can locate Label Zuka on Google Maps for the exact location.

What are your store hours in Goa?
Our store timings are Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 21:30. You can call on +91-8669017529 to get directions.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online in your offline store?
Since our online store and parent company are in two different states, as per government guidelines we do not allow an exchange of online purchases with offline stores and vice-versa.
Do you offer a try-before-buy service for local customers?
Yes, we have a trial room at our boutique in Goa.
What payment methods do you accept, both online and in-store?
At our store in Goa, we accept Cash, UPI, and debit/credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Rupay) – both domestic and international.
We do not accept American Express and Diner cards.
For online purchases, COD is not available as of now.
How long does it take to ship items if I order online from outside Goa?
We ship from our warehouse in Gurugram and once you place an order and a payment confirmation happens, it takes us 8 working days to ship your order.
What is your policy on custom clothing or alterations?
We do not take customised orders or do any kind of alterations either for in-store or online purchases.
Is there a loyalty program or discounts for local customers?
For now, we do not have any loyalty programs for either in-store or online customers. However, we run time-to-time promotions. Our customers are informed through WhatsApp about the same and we also put posts on our Instagram page about the same.
